Rincon Green

San Francisco CA | Completed

2013

This 326-home GreenPoint Rated development located atop Rincon Hill brings much-needed market-rate and affordable homes to downtown San Francisco.

The design thoughtfully addresses the challenges of the irregular site adjacent to a freeway onramp while providing a green gathering place for the neighborhood.

The “sawtooth edge” on the west side of the building affords each unit an unobstructed view of downtown, including the Millennium Tower and buffers homes from traffic noise.

A dramatic portal connects the new public park to the building’s private central courtyard. Amenities include a rooftop lounge with hot tub and grill, 24-hour fitness center, concierge and computer lab, on-site flex car, and panoramic city views. The project tops a two-level below-grade garage with 171 parking spaces.
