The Union is a community-focused mixed-use building located at the junction of Union, Fifth, and Magnolia Streets in West Oakland. It will have 110 apartments as well as more than 3,000 square feet of commercial space.

The building will be constructed with factory-built modules, which will ensure high-quality construction while significantly shortening the development timeframe.
