San Francisco CA | In Design
The Balboa Reservoir project is a public-private partnership with the City of San Francisco to develop a 17-acre parcel located adjacent to City College of San Francisco (CCSF), transforming land that is presently being under-utilized as a parking lot into a vibrant new community with more than 1,000 homes affordable to a wide range of residents.
DBA is partnering with Min Design and collaborating with BRIDGE Housing to create a teacher-oriented workforce housing community on Block F within the larger Balboa Reservoir master plan, with first offer of those homes to CCSF and SFUSD educators.
The surrounding community is served by a range of transit, retail, and service options along Ocean Avenue and is in close proximity to the Balboa Park BART Station.
