Felix is a new luxury rental building, one of the first new housing developments to emerge in Santa Rosa after the Tubbs Fire, which destroyed 5% of the city’s housing stock in 2017.

The elegant eight-story building is sited in downtown Santa Rosa, within a five-minute walk to Old Courthouse Square and well served by public transit. The community features a modern mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments supported by social amenities, including a co-working space, wellness center, a roof deck lounge.

DBA_Inside designed funky and refined interiors, including a hospitality-style double-height lobby distinguished by commissioned original art pieces and furnishings.
