A Bancroft Street landmark, Cafe Milano brings the sidewalk inside with concrete floors and soaring spaces in Berkeley, California.
This cafe is sliced into two zones by a wall that cuts diagonally from the sidewalk back to the stair leading to the mezzanine. Three sets of twelve foot high mahogany and glass doors set in the tilting street front colonnade open to the street.
