As part of the CEC Next EPIC Challenge, The Villages at 995 East Santa Clara is a 6-story, 71,000 ft² building on a 0.42-acre site in San Jose’s Roosevelt Park neighborhood. Our zero-emissions approach involves integrating technologies and methods with demonstrated potential, and optimizing the design to maximize the financial, resilience, health, and other benefits of decarbonization, which primarily benefit the residents and communities served by the project.
